Join us every second Sunday of every month to learn more about Spring Valley, what we do, what we believe, and what is going on! We encourage you to come with all your questions and be ready to meet new people & make new friends!
At Spring Valley we see small groups as a great opportunity for people to connect with one another and grow in their faith. Small groups are offered in a semester (Fall, Spring, or Summer) format and meet once a week and occur at various times and places, with small group semesters usually lasting between 6 to 12 weeks. Topics studied are varied and include such things as: specific books of the Bible, Finding God at the Movies, going deeper into Sunday’s message, strengthening your marriage, and classic and contemporary books by Christian author’s to simply name a few.
From time to time, we offer classes for individuals who desire to grow deeper in their faith in a classroom setting. These classes are generally offered on weeknights and occasionally after the Sunday morning worship service – all classes are taught by our staff and/or authorities in the field of study.
Some topics of study may include – Old Testament Survey, New Testament Survey, Christian Doctine 101, 201, 301, Christian Disciplines (Habits), Developing a Deeper Prayer Life, New Partner’s Class, and a Pre-Marital Class.
If you are interested in becoming a member of of Spring Valley, we currently have sign ups for our New Members Class which will begin on April 17. If interested, please fill out a contact form!
Women of Adventure
This Women’s Ministry invites all women (college age & older) to gather together in order to form more connections and deepen friendships, while participating in a variety of recreational activities. Once a month they aim to get together to try something new and to get out of their comfort zones! If you’d like more information about this ministry, please contact the office.
